A local team that grew one trade at a time
Carolina Trades Group started with foggy windows in Waxhaw. Decks and glass railings came next, each with its own company, and this group holds the three together.
How it started
Our founder, Emanuel Valenzuela, spent years working hands-on with Pella and Andersen windows. Again and again he saw homeowners told they needed all new windows, when the frames were fine and only the glass had failed.
In 2026 he started Carolina Glass Replacement in Waxhaw to offer the honest option: replace the glass, keep the window. Carolina Deck Repair and Carolina Glass Railing followed, built on the same idea: tell people what they really need, and price it clearly.
Carolina Trades Group is the company behind all three. It keeps the office, the scheduling and the standards in one place, so each company can focus on doing its trade well.
How we work
Straight answers
If something only needs a repair, we say so. If it is not work we do, we tell you that too.
Measured, then priced
Every quote starts from real measurements and photos, and it comes in writing.
Respect for your time
No waiting days for an estimate visit. We guide you to measure and get you a price sooner.
Fair prices
Less time on the road means more time on the work, and that shows up in the price.
