Operations Manager
Full time, based in Waxhaw, NC
Run the day-to-day work across our three companies, so jobs start on time, crews have what they need and customers always know what happens next.
What you will do
- Plan the weekly schedule for installs and repairs
- Lead and support our installers on and off the job site
- Order materials and keep suppliers on track
- Check quality and close out every job properly
- Keep customers and builders updated by phone, text and email
What you bring
- Experience running crews or projects in construction or home services
- Calm, organized and good with people
- Comfortable with a phone, a laptop and a job management system
- A valid driver's license
- Spanish is a big plus
